1. Free Demo & Evaluation

We encourage all potential customers to use our free demo before purchasing. This allows you to explore the features and ensure that ImjolPOS fits your business requirements.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under specific conditions:

  • Technical Issues: If ImjolPOS fails to function as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Duplicate Purchases: In case of accidental duplicate payments, we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge.
  • Non-Activation: If you purchased the software but did not activate or use it within 7 days, you may request a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Incompatibility due to outdated hardware or unsupported third-party integrations.
  • Failure to use or understand the software after successful activation.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
